'The Vaccine War': In a recent rally held in Jodhpur, Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his heartfelt congratulations to the creators of the newly released film, 'The Vaccine War.' This cinematic masterpiece, helmed by Vivek Agnihotri, features a stellar cast including Nana Patekar, Anupam Kher, and Pallavi Joshi, and has garnered attention for its portrayal of the heroic efforts of Indian scientists in the battle against COVID-19.


During his address, PM Modi commended the film, saying, "I have heard that a film called 'The Vaccine War' has been released, which depicts the relentless efforts of our country's scientists who worked day and night, dedicating themselves to the cause of fighting COVID in their labs, like sages. In this film, all these aspects have been portrayed. I congratulate the makers of this film for highlighting the importance of scientists and science."

'The Vaccine War' unfolds the remarkable narrative of the triumphant collaboration between scientists and the 130 crore (1.3 billion) Indian citizens who united to combat the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. The film provides a gripping glimpse into the tireless endeavors of the scientists involved in the development of the BBV152 vaccine, famously known as Covaxin. This vaccine was developed through a partnership between Bharat Biotech and the Indian Council of Medical Research - National Institute of Virology.

Nana Patekar, one of the lead actors in the film, delivered several inspiring dialogues, resonating with the spirit of determination and unity required to face such a formidable challenge. One such memorable line is, "This is a war, and we are all soldiers. From today, we should see only the fish's eye just like Arjun."
