Sidhu Moose Wala death: Social media post claiming revenge for singer's death goes viral

Sidhu Moose Wala, a popular Punjabi musician, was cremated on Tuesday in front of a large audience of admirers and family members. On May 29, the singer was fatally shot, and the attack was claimed by Goldi Brar, a close associate of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang located in Canada.

A Facebook post now claims that Sidhu Moose Wala's murder would be avenged in two days. "Sidhu Moose Wala, Bai was our heart. In two days, Will give result " According to reports, Neeraj Bawana was tagged in a post. Neeraj Bawana is said to be in Tihar jail, in which he is serving a sentence for a number of murder and extortion crimes.

However, it is unclear whether the individual who wrote the story is a Neeraj Bawana assistant. Previously, a person named Bhuppi Rana shared something similar on Facebook; he is also said to be a member of the Neeraj Bawana gang.

The Punjab Police filed a FIR after Sidhu Moose Wala was shot down by unknown assailants, and six individuals have been detained this far in the case. Balkaur Singh, Sidhu Moose Wala's father, urged a CBI and NIA probe into his son's death in a message to Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann. All of the demands were accepted by the Punjab Chief Minister.
