Shamshera movie Twitter review: The movie "Shamshera," starring Sanjay Dutt, Vaani Kapoor, and Ranbir Kapoor, has been released in theatres. The audience was quite excited to see Ranbir on the big screen after waiting four long years to do so.
The movie got off to a good start at the box office, achieving 2022's second-best advance bookings. The Ranbir-starring film seemed to have gotten a variety of reactions from the audience, though.
Fans were eager to witness Ranbir in a previously unseen role as the movie also marks his return to the silver screen after almost 4 years. With the actioner, he is portraying a larger-than-life classic Hindi film hero. The action of "Shamshera" takes place in the fictional city of Kaza, where Dutt's brutal authoritarian commander Shuddh Singh imprisons, enslaves, and tortures a warrior tribe.
Many people applauded Ranbir for his courageous decision to play two roles in one movie; however some were disappointed by the film in different aspects.
