'Bigg Boss 16' news: In response to MC Stan's aggressive action against the actor, Bigg Boss 16 contestant Shalin Bhanot's parents have released a statement. Recently, after the rapper nominated Tina Datta for eviction, Shalin and Stan, the new captain of the house, got into a verbal argument. The safety of their son and family has them "worried," according to Shalin's parents. Shalin's parents appealed to all Bigg Boss 16 competitors on social media to make the game "healthy and safe" because it is supposed to be "fun and not death threats."
This comes after MC Stan was punished for physically fighting Shalin Bhanot for several weeks. MC Stan threatened to make Shalin's life in Mumbai challenging during their fight.

In a statement released after this incident, Shalin Bhanot's parents voiced their concerns about the death threats against their son. The open letter was posted on Instagram by Shalin's parents, who expressed their sincere worry for their son.
The letter shared on Instagram, reads "Namaste and thank you for all the love you have shown to our son Shalin. Shalin signed up for this truly amazing journey, one with lots of challenges. We are sure he will come out emerging as a winner of hearts and love. However, we are worried! Last night seeing our son get death threats on national television was worrisome. Post the episode, the threats have continued to pour in via fandoms and we wonder how is this ok?"
"Our family is genuinely worried and we want to know how is this allowed on national television? We are worried about our son, his safety and the safety of our family! There’s nothing beyond our son’s happiness and safety that matters to us. From Shalin ke Mummy aur Papa." the statement added.
