Rapper Drake tests positive for Covid-19, postpones 'Young Money reunion' show

Coronavirus is not over yet! Canadian rapper Drake has tested positive for Covid-19 which led to the cancellation of his 'Young Money reunion' show, the last installment of his three-day event dubbed 'October World Weekend'.
Reportedly, the rapper posted an explanation on his Instagram stories. Drake informed that he has tested positive for Covid-19 and that the reunion, which includes Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne, would be rescheduled "to the soonest date possible".

He concluded his note by saying that he was "so sorry for letting you down on our weekend together and the moment I test negative I will give you everything I got on stage (except the covid)."
Drake's 'October World Weekend' was a three-day event that started on July 28 with an 'All Canadian North Stars' performance. It continued till July 29 with a show in which Lil Baby and Chris Brown also featured.

For the 'Canadian North Stars' show, Drake had welcomed Nelly Furtado for a rare performance of her hits that included 'Promiscuous' and 'I'm Like a Bird'.

Recently, Drake made headlines in India after he paid tribute to the Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala who was killed in Punjab's Mansa district on May 29. Recently, he wore a T-shirt, with Sidhu Moose Wala printed on it, for one of his shows and the fans of Moose Wala went gaga and praised Drake for the same.
