Punjabi film writer-director Torry Moudgill passes away

Punjabi film director Torry Moudgill death news: In a shocking incident, a Punjabi writer and director Torry Moudgill passed away. As per the reports, the deceased committed suicide, and the news left the Punjabi industry in shock. Several actors mourned the demise of the writer-director.

Director Taranjit Tori reportedly killed himself. In the meanwhile, the media reports claimed that Taranjit Tori made this decision because he was unhappy with his in-laws. The deceased director's father, Krishna Das, has filed a complaint at Sirhind police station. In the meantime, the police have also received a statement from the deceased's father.

The father of the deceased director provided a statement to the police in which he stated that his 32-year-old son used to serve as a director for Punjabi movies. He was married to Vijay Lakshmi. He was married in accordance with Hindu customs, but after the wedding, his in-laws' didn't treat Torry well.

He also claimed that recently, when his son and his wife visited their in-laws', Torry called his nephew and claimed that the family does not respect Torry, and therefore, he committed suicide.

As per reports, Torry's car was spotted parked on Bhakra Canal and his body was discovered floating in the Bhakra Canal near Khanuri.

In addition to this, the police also started an investigation into the matter.
