Newly weds Athiya Shetty, KL Rahul visit Makakaleshwar temple to seek blessings; see pictures

Athiya Shetty & KL Rahul news: Newlyweds Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul are enjoying their respective lives currently. The couple has been sharing pictures of their wedding festivities on their social media. Recently, the duo Athiya and Rahul were spotted at the Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul visit the Mahakaleshwar temple 

The couple had visited the Mahakaleshwar temple to seek blessings for their marital life and the Indian cricket team's success. As per the reports, the couple had informed the temple authorities in advance that they had to visit the temple. Further, both the newlyweds had participated in the temple’s famous Bhasm Arti custom. 

Newlyweds Athiya and Rahul made special wishes

The couple revealed that they had two main wishes to make, first they wished for their marital bliss and secondly they asked God for the Indian cricket team’s success. According to the sources, it is believed that both Athiya and Rahul worship Lord Shiva which is why they visit the Mahakaleshwar temple. 

Later on, it is believed that the temple’s head cleric said that Kl Rahul asked for the ash from the Bhasm Arti and the cleric revealed that the ash was the best form of prasad.

In addition to this, fans also posted comments on social media. Some wrote that newly married couples seek divine blessings for their married life and some wished them happy life ahead.
