The story begins at a carbide factory on the outskirts of Bhopal, where journalist Keswani (Sunny Hinduja) serves as the lens through which the narrative unfolds. Investigating an employee's untimely demise two years before the gas leak, Keswani becomes the target of authorities. Simultaneously, the aspirations of the station master (KK Menon) for his son's employment clash with the son's desire to work at the Union Carbide factory. Against this backdrop, a widow rejoices as her son (Babil Khan) secures a job in the railway, and a robber (Divyendu) arrives with intentions to loot the station's treasury.
