One of the most buzzed around movie of the current OTT screens has to be Zoya Akhtar's upcoming directorial 'The Archies'. Starring some of the biggest star kids of the Bollywood industry, 'The Archies' had been quite a movie of it's kind helmed exclusively by Netflix. With it's classic storyline and many star kid debutants, it has already created an absolute curiosity among the masses.

Sharing a new poster on her Instagram handle, Zoya had broken the glass and wrote, "My Moovy My Groovy, The Archies arrive on December 7th #100DaysToGo #comiccometolife". Meanwhile, the same poster made it to the Mumbai's billboard like a true iconic creation which had the countdown of the numbers of days too. 'The Archies' gang reached the billboard zone on Tuesday morning and oozed in happiness and excitement. Suhana took the moment to her Instagram and wrote, "The Archies are all set to arrive on December 7th!!#100DaysToGo".

Meanwhile, 'The Archies' is an upcoming Netflix movie directed by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti starring a starry casts ensemble that includes Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Yuvraj Menda, Agastya Nanda, Vedang Raina, Dot and Mihir Ahuja in leading roles playing the iconic gang characters from the archies world - Archie, Dilton, Ether, Betty, Reggie, Jughead and Veronica.
About Archies
In the newly released poster, Agastya Nanda can be seen standing while holding a guitar in his hand along with other leads, Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Yuvraj Menda, Vedang Raina, Dot and Mihir Ahuja standing on either side of him. Set in the classic fictional hill town of Riverdale, the movie will revolve around friendship, freedom, love, heartbreak and rebellion. According to it's streaming platform Netflix, the movie is said to be full of youthful energy and enthusiasm revolving around the era of 1960's. "A musical experience bursting with youth, rebellion, friendships, first loves and everything young adult,” a press release by Netflix stated.
