Newlyweds CM Bhagwant Mann, wife Dr Gurpreet Kaur visit Golden Temple
Newlyweds Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and his wife Dr Gurpreet Kaur on Monday visited Sri Harmandir Sahib, aka Golden Temple, in Punjab's Amritsar to seek blessings from the almighty.
The visit of CM Bhagwant Mann and wife Dr Gurpreet Kaur to the Golden Temple in Amritsar comes after 4 days of his wedding. The duo sought blessings from the almighty.

Notably, it was Bhagwant Mann's second marriage. He had his first marriage with Inderpreet Kaur with whom he got separated a few years back. He has two children from the first marriage.
After their wedding, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann along with his wife Dr Gurpreet Kaur had met all the Cabinet Ministers and even distributed sweets to all of them.

While a majority of people welcomed his decision and wished Punjab CM for getting married second time, a section of society criticised the Chief Minister for getting married again.

Besides, there are those as well who are seeking justice for Sidhu Moose Wala, who was shot dead on May 29 in Mansa's Jawaharke village.
Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann got married to Dr. Gurpreet Kaur on July 7 when only a few people were present on the occasion, including Aam Aadmi Party leaders and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
