Nayanthara to star opposite Shah Rukh Khan in filmmaker Atlee's Hindi directorial debut!

Actor Nayanthara is reportedly all set to mark her Bollywood debut opposite The King Khan-Shah Rukh Khan. The film is yet to be titled and is Hindi directorial debut of the filmmaker Atlee.

It has been two years now that the project is in news, yet now officially announced. Nayanthara has worked with Atlee on two of his films so far, and this film will be the third time that they both will be working together for an upcoming Hindi movie.

However an official statement is yet to be released. As per the reports, Kannada actor Sudeep has also been signed to play the antagonist in the film.

Atlee opened about collaborating with Shah Rukh Khan via a Twitter Chat. Among various things that he answered, Atlee hinted about teaming up with Shah Rukh Khan when a fan asked if they will collaborate soon.

“I have a huge amount of love and respect for SRK sir and he also loves my work. Soon, hopefully, we will do something about it,” Atlee said.

Rumors have been also making rounds that Atlee and SRK are also likely to collaborate for the Hindi remake of Tamil movie ‘Mersal’ which was directed by Atlee along with Vijay who played triple roles in the film.

Meanwhile Nayanthara, was last seen in Tamil comedy ‘Mookuthi Amman’ and will be next seen in upcoming Tamil thriller Netrikann, a remake of Korean thriller ‘Blind’.
