'Liger' starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday gets a release date; details inside
Liger, starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday, has been creating a stir for quite some time now.
Finally, the much-awaited film is all set to release in theaters soon as the makers have announced the release date for the same. The pan-India film's release date has been announced. On August 25, 2022, Liger will be released on the big screen.

Puri Jagannadh's Puri Connects and Karan Johar's Dharma Productions are producing Liger. Karan made the announcement regarding the release date on Twitter.
As per the announcement, by the makers of the film ‘Liger'; the first glimpse of the film will be released on December 31, 2021.

While making the announcement of the release date, Karan Johar took to his social media accounts and captioned, “THE ACTION, THE THRILL & THE MADNESS - it’s going to be a total knockout! #Liger arrives in theatres worldwide on 25th August 2022. #LigerOnAug25th2022

Apart from Ananya Pandey and Vijay the movie also includes the special appearance of famous boxer Mike Tyson.

Vijay Deverakonda will portray a boxer in the film. To play the character with realism, he underwent extensive training from experts. Liger will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.

The film will be shot in Telugu and Hindi at the same time and dubbed in other languages. Ananya Panday will make her Telugu debut with Liger, while Vijay Deverakonda will make his Bollywood debut.
