Jind Mahi star cast interview: Sonam Bajwa really wants 'Jind Mahi' to have sequel

Jind Mahi exclusive interview: Sonam Bajwa and Ajay Sarkaria are all set for the release of their second film together 'Jind Mahi'. Sonam Bajwa, who has worked previously in 'Ardab Mutiyaran' with Ajay, recently spilled the beans about her desire to have a sequel of 'Jind Mahi' during an exclusive interview with PTC Punjabi.

During an exclusive interview with PTC Punjabi in 'PTC Showcase', Punjabi actors Sonam Bajwa and Ajay Sarkaria said that they worked hard for their blockbuster film 'Ardab Mutiyaran' and it received so much of love.

Sonam Bajwa said, "We are looking for a good script for 'Ardab Mutiyaran 2' to match the level of Babbu Bains."

Adding to this, she said, "I am still not done with the character of Laddo. If I ever want to have a sequel to any film then it would be either 'Ardab Mutiyaran' or 'Jind Mahi'. Both the characters - 'Babbu Bains' from 'Ardab Mutiyaran' and 'Laddo' from 'Jind Mahi' are unique and I personally have worked a lot for the dialects. So, I believe that people will enjoy more of these characters."

Notably, 'Jind Mahi' features Gurnam Bhullar and debutant Raj Shoker.

The film ‘Jind Mahi’ is directed by Sameer Pannu and the story is written by Manmord Singh Sidhu. The film will be released on August 5 in theaters.
