Shahid Kapoor' is all set to take on a different avatar in his next film, Bull. His fans will see him dressed in an Indian Army uniform. The actor will play a paratrooper in the film, which will be directed by Aditya Nimbalkar.

Shahid Kapoor and producer Bhushan Kumar are teaming up once more for the film Bull. Bull, billed as an all-out actioner, will be directed by Aditya Nimbalkar, a debutant who is said to have worked extensively with filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj.

In a statement about the film, Shahid Kapoor stated, "Bull is a full-fledged action film inspired by true events in Brigadier Bulsara's life. It's an honour to play a paratrooper who leads his men on a historic and selfless mission that has now become iconic for its precision and bravado. The opportunity to play a paratrooper is thrilling and truly an honour."
Aditya Nimbalkar, who has previously collaborated with filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj, makes his directorial debut with "Bull."

Bull is based on the true story of Brigadier Farukh Bulsara, who led Operation Cactus in the Maldives in 1988.
