FIR filed against Ranveer Singh under IT Act for his latest photoshoot; details inside

Ranveer Singh FIR: Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has been making headlines for his latest photoshoot for Paper Magazine. Now, the actor is facing legal issues for the same photoshoot as an FIR has been filed against the Jayeshbhai Jordaar actor.

According to the reports, an FIR against him under the IT Act of the Indian Parliament has been filed against Ranveer Singh. In relation to the actor's latest photo shoot for a well-known magazine, a second FIR has been filed against him.

The First Information Report (FIR) filed against the Bollywood actor states that the complaint has been filed for his contentious images under Sections 292, 293, and 509 of the Information Technology Act 2022 of the Indian Parliament.

Although, there were many who praised the actor's pictures, there were some who said that the pictures were obscene and hurt the emotional sentiments.

Earlier, an NGO in Mumbai also filed complaint against the actor and his latest photoshoot and refrred that the pictures are 'hurting sentiments of women'.

Several Bollywood celebs including Arjun Kapoor have expressed their opinions on Ranveer Singh's photoshoot and said, 'it is his own decision to post or not to post such pictures'.

Meanwhile on the work front, Ranveer Singh will be next seen in Karan Johar's directorial Rocky Aur rani Ki Prem Kahani with Alia Bhatt. The film is currently under the production phase.
