For Discovery+'s Star Vs Food 2, the 29-year-old discussed her teenage job serving customers at a restaurant. Her recollection of her days as a waitress is well-articulated and insightful. She is not, however, the first Bollywood celebrity to have a first job that has nothing to do with their acting career.

"I worked as a waitress on and off from the age of 16 to the age of 18." It was a difficult job because you needed good communication skills, personality, and, most importantly, a quick and accurate memory. Customers can be rude at times, but you must be able to handle situations," the actress explained.

"Nothing brings people together like good food, so when I was given the opportunity to cook traditional Moroccan cuisine with the chef, I knew it couldn't be passed up." As a chef, I've seen my father prepare some delectable meals, and I've always wanted to put on an apron and prepare a meal for my friends and family. "Star vs. Food is the perfect fit for me, and I hope to make my family proud of my culinary abilities," Nora added.
