In a sigh of relief for the filmmakers of 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar', the Delhi High Court cleared Ranveer Singh-starrer for theatrical release on May 13. The court asked the makers to add new disclaimers.
The development comes when the court was hearing a petition seeking the removal of a scene showing a pre-natal sex determination test.
Earlier, the Delhi High Court bench, headed by acting Chief Justice Vipin Sangh, asked Yash Raj Films to show them the scene, or face a stay on the release of Jayeshbhai Jordaar.

Featuring Shalini Pandey opposite Ranveer Singh, Jayeshbhai Jordaar stars Boman Irani and Ratna Pathak Shah as well.
The bench stated that it has suggested certain further disclaimers to be displayed in the trailer and also in the film when the scenes related to the ultrasound are depicted.
The learned senior counsel agreed to depict a further disclaimer during the running of both the scenes.

Notably, Justice Naveen Chawla and Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri watched the relevant scenes from the film Jayesbhai Jordaar which is slated for a theatrical release on May 13.
The producers have been asked to add the disclaimers to the related YouTube videos within six days.
