Led by superstar Ajay Devgn, Maidaan is based on Syed Abdul Rahim, a pioneering football coach of India who bought immense fame and glory to the nation. During a recently held interview with a renown media forum, Boney Kapoor was questioned on his take on turning the life of the most celebrated actress of Bollywood aka his late wife, Sridevi to which he opened up with some enthralling answers. Anwesing to the heated question, the producer revealed that she was a very private person who didn't use to make things public anytime. He said, "She was a very private person, and her life should remain private. I don't think there ever will be. Till the time I live, I will not allow this to happen."
