While studying Law, during her first year she delved herself into the world of acting and started her classes with the Mumbai based mentor, Kishore Namit Kapoor who was also the member of the Film and Television Institute of India.

Later she worked back to back in Bollywoiod and gave movies sucha as Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai(2001), Yaadein, Ajnabee, Ashoka. But what gave her the over-the-top personality was her character of Poo in Kjo's 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum'(2001). Now with her birthday, Bebo has made her commendable mark on the OTT screen through Sujoy Ghosh's suspense thriller 'Jaane Jaan', which is released today. Meanwhile Jaane Jaan is a Netflix adaptation of the famous novel 'The Devotion of Suspect X' by Higashino Keigo wherein she has played the character of a single mother, Maya, who gets entangled in a murder case. The movie also features acing OTT actors like Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat in the pivotal roles.
