Well, when Cannes is talked about, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is one of the foremost ladies of the film festival who has been serving her presence ever since 2002. It was a fully embellished look with glimmer and sequin that featured a larger-than-life bow in the bodice along with a floor-sweeping train. But the moment her look went on the socials, people took it by storm and they claimed to fire whoever her stylist was, as she being one of the most beautiful women on earth didn't deserve to be styled like this, people commanded their opinion perhaps.

Soon she became a subject of criticism and mass hatred on the internet and people compared the ravishing diva with numerous daily objects, starting from a school's craft project to the cheerleading pom poms and from birthday decorations to Christmas trees, the list is forever long. One of the users on X wrote, "What was the inspiration? Birthday party? Sack your stylist, Aishwarya," while another one gasped, "A sincere plea to Aishwarya Rai. You are stunning. But please fire your stylist because for the love of God, what is this even." Other sections of people also referred to her red carpet takes as a 'PR' stunt for being noticed. People also quipped about her outfit being more suitable for the Met Gala instead of Cannes, but in my personal opinion, Met doesn't want such a horrendous gown like hers either.
