Box office collection: 'KGF Chapter 2' beats 'Runway 34', 'Heropanti 2', takes lead in its third weekend

Runway 34, Heropanti 2, KGF Chapter 2 Box office collection: Although 'KGF Chapter 2' was released on April 14 the Yash-starrer continues to dominate at the box office as 'Rocky Bhai' beats Ajay Devgn's 'Runway 34', and Tiger Shroff's 'Heropanti 2'.

Ajay Devgn-starrer 'Runway 34' and Tiger Shroff-starrer 'Heropanti 2' were released on April 29, 2022. While 'Heropanti 2' collection reached Rs. 12.50 crore at the box office, Ajay Devgn’s film minted Rs. 8 crore.

As per the critics, Runway 34 was expected to show growth while Heropanti 2 was predicted to witness a dip. While the new releases are struggling at the box office, the Hindi version of Yash starrer KGF Chapter 2 is raising its collection in its third weekend.

On its third Saturday, the Hindi version of KGF Chapter 2 minted Rs. 7.25 crore taking the total to Rs. 360.31 crore. Meanwhile, the numbers are likely to grow as Eid is expected to benefit the film.

As per the critics, a new set of audiences will come to watch it in theatres as Muslims in mass centers might have not watched the film due to the auspicious occasion of Ramzan.

The film's next target is Aamir Khan's Dangal.
