'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion,' released in 2017, had held the title of the highest-grossing Indian film in the Gulf for several years. According to IMDb, Prabhas' magnum opus amassed an impressive ₹86.12 crore in the Gulf countries, setting a benchmark for Indian cinema in the region. This record, however, has now been eclipsed by Shah Rukh Khan's recent releases.


According to Box Office Worldwide, 'Pathaan' has become the highest-grossing Indian film in the Gulf, collecting a staggering ₹147.86 crore. Following closely is 'Jawan,' which garnered ₹118.61 crore. The overwhelming success of these films has relegated 'Baahubali 2' to the third position in terms of box office collections in the Gulf.


The updated rankings of Indian films in the Gulf now feature Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan' and 'Jawan' at the top, followed by 'Baahubali 2.' Salman Khan's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' holds the fourth position with earnings of ₹78.85 crore, and Aamir Khan's 'Dangal' rounds out the top five with ₹73.52 crore.
