Hema Malini Shares Glimpses of her Dance Performance at Ram Mandir Ayodhya
Ayodhya witnessed a captivating 'Nritya Seva' musical and dance performance by actor-turned-politician Hema Malini at the Ram Mandir on Saturday. Dressed in a stunning yellow ethnic attire adorned with heavy jewelry, Hema Malini showcased elegance during the performance.
Expressing her gratitude after the event, Hema Malini said, "I feel very fortunate to have witnessed the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Lord Ram. The entire country is happy, and I want to thank all the temple members for allowing me to perform 'Nritya Seva' inside the temple premises."
Prior to her performance, Hema Malini visited the historic Ram Mandir, offering prayers and expressing satisfaction with the arrangements. She noted, "We had a good 'darshan,' and all the arrangements are good here. Because of the temple, many people are getting employment."
The Pran Pratishtha ceremony, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, took place on January 22 at the newly built Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir. PM Modi, addressing the dignitaries, emphasized that the unveiling of the Ram Lalla idol marked not only a triumph after a prolonged struggle but also a moment of humility.
PM Modi reflected on the significance of the temple construction, stating, "This occasion is as much about triumph as it is about humility. The construction of this temple stands as a symbol of peace, patience, harmony, and integration."
Highlighting the positive energy surrounding the temple construction, PM Modi dismissed earlier concerns, stating, "There was a time when some people used to say 'Ram Mandir bana toh aag lag jaegi' (the making of the Ram Temple would set off a firestorm). Such people lacked an understanding of the purity of our society, the spirit that binds us all. This majestic abode of Shri Ram Lalla will now stand as a symbol of peace, patience, mutual harmony, and social unity."
