Comatose film of the year. Performances, lethargic. Script, listless. Sara Ali Khan is forever in a dark corner of haveli. Nothing moves, not even one muscle on Chitrangada’s face. Direction, lackadaisical. Dialogues, limp. Is #Gaslight ko green light kisne kiya? #Gaslightreview

Another user wrote, "I really like whodunnit thrillers but they need to be intelligent & interesting. #Gaslight is such a disappointment. More so because watching such good actors like Vikrant Massey, Chitrangada Singh and Sara Ali Khan being completely wasted isn't a great feeling. "
