CBFC suggests modification to Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan as it secures a U/A certification

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan has secured an U/A certification from the Central Board of Film Certification's Examining Committee. The makers have recieved the certification on a condition of altering few sequences to the film's promising content.

Over the last past months, Ali Abbas Zafar's directorial, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan has become one the most talked about movie of the Bollywood industry and as the film's release date is closing by, we are enthralled to get the latest updates on the film's creation, BTS, star casts, songs, trailer and everything in between. Led by Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, it is an upcoming Bollywood action thriller that will also feature South Indian fame, Prithviraj Sukumaran portraying an integral role. Set to release in the Eid Weekend, BMCM has recently recieved some modificatioons from CBFC.

Modifications mandated by CBFC to BMCM

As per the industry sources, the upcoming action thriller, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan has secured an U/A certification from the Central Board of Film Certification's Examining Committee. But with a catch! The makers have recieved the certification on a condition of altering few sequences to the film's promising content. A total 14 seconds of alteration have have been pointed out the film authority board trimming a scene of about 25%. The source further revealed that few other modification were included in the list that consists of adding a desclaimer for the liquor consumption scenes on the cinema screens. The board has also mandated the makers to issue a letter clarifying the use of various signs, symbols and uniforms specially of the armed forces including the replacement of a brand's name in a specific scene. Now after barrowing all the alterations, BMCM has accomplished a total runtime of about 164 minutes, equivalant to 2 hours 44 minutes in as per the certificate. 


All About Bade Miyan Chote Miyan

As stated earlier, it is an Ali Abbas Zafar movie with a multi starrer star casts which includes Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff in the leading roles alongside other actors like Prithviraj Sukumaran, Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F and Sonakshi Sinha. Meanwhile, the mega action thriller has been backed by Zafar himself along with Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Himanshu Kishan Mehra under the banners of Pooja Entertainment and AAZ Films. Made with a budget of Rs. 350 crore, the movie has been so far slatted to get release on Eid, 10 April, 2024.
