Big B's Ayodhya Investment: A Plot Near Ram Temple Stirs Speculation on Price

 Bollywood icon, Amitabh Bachchan, is set to manifest his vision of an opulent residence in Ayodhya, the sacred city associated with Lord Rama. The veteran actor recently acquired a plot in the prestigious Sarayu Enclave, a seven-star township located a mere 15-minute drive from the upcoming Ram Temple. Amitabh Bachchan's foray into Ayodhya's real estate market has sparked curiosity about the potential selling price of his newly acquired plot.

The House of Abhinandan Lodha, chaired by developer Abhinandan Lodha, facilitated the acquisition of this prime piece of real estate. Although specific details regarding the size and cost of the property are yet to be disclosed by HoABL, insiders have hinted that Bachchan intends to construct an expansive 10,000 square feet residence, estimated to cost approximately 14.5 crores.

Ayodhya, a city steeped in spiritual significance, is on the cusp of witnessing two momentous events. On January 22, the Prime Minister is scheduled to lay the foundation stone for the Ram Temple, coinciding with the anticipated launch of the Sarayu Enclave. Spanning an impressive 51 acres, this enclave promises a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity.

In an interview,  Amitabh Bachchan expressed his enthusiasm for the Ayodhya project, emphasizing the emotional connection he feels with the city. The actor praised Ayodhya for seamlessly intertwining tradition and modernity, dubbing it a global spiritual capital. His decision to invest in Ayodhya is a testament to his commitment to the city's progress and development.

This is not Bachchan's first foray into Uttar Pradesh's real estate landscape; he previously acquired land in Kakori, near Lucknow. The proximity of Ayodhya to his birthplace, Allahabad, adds a personal touch to his investment, creating a connection that spans geographical boundaries. Abhinandan Lodha hailed Bachchan as the 'first citizen' of The Sarayu, marking a significant achievement for the company.

Amitabh Bachchan's confidence in Ayodhya's economic potential is further exemplified by his commitment to the Sarayu Enclave project. The development, slated for completion by March 2028, includes plans for a 5-star hotel, a collaboration with Brookfield Group's Leela Palaces. Abhinandan Lodha attributes Bachchan's investment as a resounding endorsement of Ayodhya's progress, both economically and spiritually.
