Bollywood star Alia Bhatt recently shared a video on Instagram featuring Hollywood star and 'Avatar: The Way of Water' actor Kate Winslet talking about how she experienced body shaming throughout her formative years in the industry.
Additionally, Kate Winslet is seen discussing what she would like to change if she could travel back in time in a very moving video that was posted by the user.
In the meantime, Alia Bhatt hailed 'Avatar 2'. The Hollywood actress expressed her desire to alter how people treated her when she was younger in response to Kate's video. She'd tell them to be respectful of her.

Kate Winslet explained why making comments about a woman's appearance can be considered abusive. "If I could go back in time, I would have said differently. I would have said to the media, I'm afraid and incredibly insecure. Don't make things any more difficult than it already is. That is bullying and possibly abusive as well. I believe that things are improving at the moment, the actress said.
Please don't make this any more difficult than it already is for me because I'm a young woman learning about my changing body and am really frightened and insecure. That's bullying, you know, and borderline abusive, I'd say," she said in her statement.
Alia certainly cares deeply about the problem of body shaming. When Ranbir Kapoor referred to Alia Bhatt's weight gain during her pregnancy as "phailaoed," it garnered attention (loosely meaning spilled or scattered). Later, Kapoor apologised for the remarks, but his wife Alia dismissed the entire incident as a harmless joke.
