Gulzar is the most talented and respected writer of the Bollywood Industry. It was Gulzar's 83rd birthday yesterday that turned out to be a special day for his fans. What would be a more better day to announce the release of his unreleased movie "Libaas". "Libaas" was made in 1988, was disregarded in the archives of the Directorate of Film Festivals. "Libaas" was shown at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa on 22 November, 2014, that was after the gap of 26 years. Earlier it was also screened at the International Film Festival at Banglore in January, 1992. Undoubtedly, the movie got acknowledgement of merit and was appreciated during the screening, but it never got released in India.
