Recently, Ammy Virk, during an exclusive interview with PTC Punjabi, said that he knew his potential and that he could not garner as much audience as Diljit Dosanjh. He had also ascertained that he will work hard to reach the kind of fame Diljit Dosanjh holds.

However, Ammy Virk seemed to be wrong here as his recently concluded Dubai tour was sold out and the fans were amazed to see their favourite star performing live in front of their eyes.
Yes, Ammy Virk is not Diljit Dosanjh indeed but he is Ammy and he holds his own separate fanbase. Overwhelmed with the response of his fans, Ammy took to his Instagram and expressed gratitude to his fans.
"Dubai thnku thnku so much Tuc sachi bhaut pyaaar dittta, main sachi dareya hoya c show ton pehlaan, bcs main bahut time ton shows nai c kare, but tuc sachi sachi bahut himmat ditti, tuc jinne jane v aaaye, tuhada bahut bahut dhanwaad,,, n now we 'll announce our world tour, ni promise it'll be a big one guyz te meri saari team n musicians da bahut bahut dhanwaad... i love u guyz..." he wrote.
