Akshay kumar shares his views while talking about sequel of ‘special 26’; says he is ready for the next part

Akshay Kumar news: Actors Akshay Kumar and Anupam Kher recently discussed the sequel of their thriller film 'Special 26' , the film was directed by Neeraj Pandey which had reached 10 years.

Akshay Kumar and Anupam Kher celebrate 10 years of 'Special 26' 

To celebrate the occasion actor Anupam Kher took to his Twitter handle and wrote that their film 'Special 26' had completed 10 years and then he said that he had asked the director to make a sequel of the super hit film.

'Special 26' film details 

Talking about the film was released in 2013, the thriller film was based on the 1987 Opera House robbery and received positive reviews from the audience and critics. However, the movie starred Manoj Bajpayee, Jimmy Shergill, Kajal Aggarwal, Divya Dutta and Rajesh Sharma in key roles.

On the work front, Akshay will next feature in director Raj Mehta's family entertainer movie 'Selfiee' alongside Emran Hashmi, Nushrratt Bharuccha and Diana Penty. The film is all set to go on floors on February 23. Apart from this he also has 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' which will be directed by Ali Abbas Zafar alongside Tiger Shroff and he also has 'OMG 2' in his kitty. '

On the other hand, Anupam Kher will be seen in an upcoming comedy film Shiv Shastri Balboa opposite Neena Gupta and he also has Kangna Ranaut's 'Emergency'onn the list.
