Salman Khan And Priyanka Chopra To Reunite After 12 Years For 'Bharat'

Salman Khan starer "Bharat" has always been the talk of the town for so many reasons. Firstly, it was for Bobby Deol as Salman Khan helped Bobby Deol to get him a role in the movie. And, then it was for the female lead. Finally, Ali Abbas has roped Desi Girl Priyanka Chopra to be the leading lady with Salman Khan for "Bharat". Several names of Bollywood actresses were being tossed on the table while finalising the leading face for the film. From Shraddha Kapoor to Kareena Kapoor Khan to Katrina Kaif, speculations around the leading lady of Salman Khan’s next were never-ending. But, yesterday the makers finally announced Priyanka’s official entry into the film that has also put all the rumors to rest for Priyanka working for Bollywood movies.

As per the media reports, Katrina Kaif will also be a part of the movie and while she will play a pivotal role, it will reportedly be an out-and-out Salman-Priyanka film all the way.

Priyanka Chopra is also excited for homecoming to Bollywood with "Bharat". While media interaction she said, "I'm looking forward to begin shooting this film and working with Salman and Ali again after a considerable time. I've learnt a lot from them in our previous collaborations and am excited to see what this one has to offer." Priyanka and Salman have already worked for "Mujhse Shaadi Karoge", "Salaam-E-Ishq" and "God Tussi Great Ho". While Ali Abbas has already directed Priyanka Chopra for her movie "Gunday" with Ranvir Singh and Arjun Kapoor.

Salman took his Twitter and welcomed his co-star on board for the film and his post is utterly sweet and that will make you ROFL. He wrote, “#Bharat. welcomes u back home @priyankachopra. See u soon. By the way humari film Hindi hai. @atulreellife @aliabbaszafar #Eid2019.”

The movie is scheduled to release on Eid 2019, ‘Bharat’ is the official remake of Korean film ‘Ode To My Father’. This is the first time when fans will get to see Salman Khan in five different looks as the story spans from his childhood to adulthood to his old age, wherein a crucial part will showcase the actor in his late 20s, looking much leaner and younger. Salman will be recreating his ‘Karan Arjun’ look for Bharat. "Bharat" has started its prep in London, after which director Ali Abbas Zafar will move to Spain, Poland, Portugal, and Malta.
